Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to validate a highly complex credit card application. You’ll perform end-to-end manual testing across iPhones, iPads, and Apple Watches, ensuring every transaction, sync, and security flow holds up under real-world conditions.
What you’ll do
Key responsibilities
Manual Testing
Run functional, regression, UI/UX, and exploratory tests on iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS devices.
Validate complex credit card transactions, interest calculations, balance updates, and rewards tracking.
Test cross-device syncing, ensuring real-time data consistency and push notifications across paired iPhones and Apple Watches.
Security & Compliance
Audit security standards, validating biometric authentication (Face ID/Touch ID).
Validate Apple Pay integrations and secure data handling across the application.
Documentation & Defect Management
Manage the defect lifecycle, documenting clear bug reports with exact steps, logs, screenshots, and device details.
Document in detail the pre- and post-UI behavior for specific test activities.
