About the role
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for an Icertis Certified Configurator to build, manage, and optimize the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience configuring contract templates, clause libraries, and workflows, and can act as the go-to expert for end users navigating the contract lifecycle. Onsite in Dallas, TX is preferred; remote candidates will also be considered.
What you’ll do
Key responsibilities
Build and manage contract templates, clause libraries, metadata fields, and approval hierarchies within the ICI platform.
Map and optimize complex, sequential agreement workflows spanning drafting, negotiation, approval, and signature stages.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) to train end-users, resolve day-to-day functional queries, and guide user acceptance testing (UAT).
Configure custom dashboards and reports to track contract obligations, renewals, and compliance.
Assist in integrating the Icertis CLM platform with ecosystem applications like SAP Ariba, Salesforce, and various e-signature tools.
Requirements
Required skills
- Icertis certification, with hands-on platform configuration experience on ICI (contract templates, clause libraries, metadata, approval hierarchies).
- Strong experience mapping and optimizing sequential agreement workflows across drafting, negotiation, approval, and signature stages.
- Experience acting as an SME — training end users, resolving functional queries, and guiding UAT cycles.
- Ability to build custom dashboards and reports for contract obligations, renewals, and compliance tracking.
- Experience integrating Icertis CLM with systems such as SAP Ariba, Salesforce, or e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign).
- Comfortable working onsite in Dallas, TX; strong remote candidates will also be considered.
