Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Developer responsible for developing and maintaining ServiceNow ITSM solutions. You’ll translate business requirements into scalable workflows, integrations, and automated service processes across the platform.

Key responsibilities
ITSM Module Configuration
Configure and customize Incident Management and Problem Management modules.
Configure and customize Change Management and Request Management modules.
Configure and customize Service Catalog and Knowledge Management modules.
Configure and maintain CMDB to support accurate service relationships.
Development & Automation
Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
Build UI Policies and UI Actions to support clean, intuitive workflows.
Design Workflows and Flow Designer automations for service processes.
Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with external enterprise systems.
Delivery & Support
Gather requirements and convert business use cases into technical solutions.
Perform testing, deployments, debugging, and production support.
Create technical documentation and ensure ITIL alignment across processes.
